This is a hard blog to write because I have followed Tucker Carlson for a long time. I always liked his rebellious attitude toward the media and mainstream politicians. I supported him for a long time. Unfortunately, I can no longer call myself a fan. In fact, I must say, I really do not like the guy at all. I'm sure the feeling is mutual. I am, after all, a Boomer, and Tucker has nothing but hatred for Boomers. He stated as much on one of his shows while interviewing Charlie Kirk. He blames Boomers for everything that has gone wrong in today's tumultuous world. That's pretty harsh considering Boomers had nothing to do with putting Barack HUSSEIN Obama in office. Boomers had nothing to do with the founding of LGBTQ or ANTIFA or Black Lives Matter. Boomers did not give the country the COVID fiasco. In fact, it would be quite a challenge to define Boomers as the cause for the current border situation, the housing market, the current national debt, and the current state of public education. If Tucker wants to blame Boomers for his generation's own shortcomings, incompetence, and irresponsibility, I will not stand for it.
There's more. Tucker is antisemitic, and I cannot abide that, either. He claims to have nothing against Israel, but he does not have anything good to say about Jews. He is a strong supporter of Iran. He has said so. He is even steadfastly against regime change in Iran. It seems he likes Iranian leaders who should shout, "Death to America!" It seems he supports the country responsible for the killing of 3,000 Americans on September 11, 2001. At least, he does not have a problem socializing with them.
Tucker Carlson portrays a conservative Christian front, but underneath, as is evident by his guests, he does not espouse to Christian conservative values. Christians love their neighbors. They do not accuse them of being responsible for the ills of the world. Introspection might help with defining the real problems with the world, Tucker. The Boomer generation did not establish America's current government or its current foreign relations policies. The Deep State, the Swamp, or whatever cliche you want to attribute to the people who are running this country in the shadows, back alleys, and proverbial smoke-filled board rooms, are not Boomers, Tucker. They are kids. They are disillusioned Ivy Leaguers who came to DC with a dream that turned into a nightmare for people like me, Baby Boomers. And you don't have even a small problem with them.
Tucker claims to be a Trump supporter. Well, guess what. Donald J. Trump is a Boomer, and Tucker is on record as hating everyone and anyone born of the Baby Boomer generation. So, what is it, Tucker? Are you a Trump supporter, or do you hate him, too?
